I just turned 40 and my skin has aged a billion years in a few short weeks due to surgical menopause without hormone replacement therapy. This product isn't the easiest to use but I am obsessed with the results as part of my skin care routine (I use the whole line of obagi products). It's very thick and you need to use something to scoop it out and your skin needs to be wet so you can work it in. I use it twice a week after my shower without drying my face. I wish I could say specifically how exactly it has improved my skin—I just have a brighter, richer, more vibrant appearance. My skin looks less thin/dull and more supported. It's a subtle change that makes a big impact.
